Tony Brown was a wide receiver for the Tennessee Volunteers during the early 2000s under head coach Phillip Fulmer. He was one of Tennessee's more reliable receivers during the 2002 and 2003 seasons. Off the field, Brown was recognized for community service. In 2003 he was named one of Tennessee football's V.O.L.S. (Volunteering Outstanding Leadership and Service) award winners for his work mentoring students and participating in community programs.
