George Rogers is an former pro football player who was a running back for seven seasons in the NFL. He played college football for the South Carolina Gamecocks, earning unanimous All-American honors and winning the Heisman Trophy in 1980. Rogers had some of his biggest professional success in Washington, including a Super Bowl title in 1987.
